This unincorporated Marin County community was home to about 9,200 people as of 2019, giving it a small-town feel. Conveniently located near San Francisco, commuters can jump on the freeway or take advantage of the Blue and Gold fleet shuttles to quickly get into the city. While many of the homes in Tiburon come with premium price tags, for many residents, the cost is worth it. Tiburon is found in the highly coveted Reed School District, and the downtown area offers all the amenities residents could need, including a library, grocery store, restaurants, and coffee shops.
